c. process any adverse event reports notified by the healthcare professional

d. process any product defect reports notified by the healthcare professional

Name and Title

Professional registration number as a doctor or pharmacist

Contact information such as email, mailing address and telephone number

Name and address of your place of work

We collect personal data via direct contact from the individual. Contact methods include online enquiry form, email and telephone.

Techdow collects and processes personal data to respond to questions and provide informative materials under the lawful basis of consent. Healthcare professionals must opt to share their data and express an information request in relation to provision of their consent.

Techdow collects and processes personal data in relation to adverse event reports, product defect reports and falsified medicine reports under the lawful basis of Legal Obligation. Techdow is obliged to share these data with UK and EEA government agencies and third parties involved in pharmacovigilance and quality assurance.
